I Am Breastfeeding 17 Month Old Baby. Past Two Days

I am breastfeeding 17 month old baby. Past two days one breast felt sore. Thought the baby didn't nurse enough. I tried to express some milk and realized I was expressing lots of puss. My urine is also bright yellow. I think I must have breast infection. Otherwise, I am feeling fine. Can I wait to see dr in the morning?
