TRIPTI DAS being a patient of Acute Rheumatoid arthritis, suffering from twenty long year’s .Every organs of her body specially all fingers in hand and leg has deformed. At present Vasculitis Ulcer has occurred in the lower part of right leg; there are some other blood vessels also effected by vasculitis just the upper part of the ulcer. This ulcer evoked in the month of may 5th now it’s been four month there is no as such improvement after long medication done by our local medical consultant.

She is being dressed up in the injury part by sterilized water with cotton with Fucidin and Meganano (Nano crystalline silver gel)ointment and LNZ(Linezolid tab) one time in a day for twenty days as an antibiotic; initially she used to take Clavam625 as an antibiotic for two long months.
