I Am Burping Up A Yeasty Smell And I Wondered

I am burping up a yeasty smell and I wondered if it was indicative of any particular problem. I am diabetic using Metformin and Januvia. This smell has increased after my doctor put me on a probiotic to counter act the diarrhea I get from both diabetic meds. Thanks
