I Am Caring For My Mother At Home After A

I am caring for my mother at home after a 4-day hospital stay. She is 95 and is experiencing (progressive) heart failure. She is fairly alert and able to communicate. Since being home (10 days), her appetite has been very light. She is on 2 heart meds plus a blood thinner. She is sleeping a good deal of the time. I realize this my be difficult to answer, but what does it indicate when she is yawning fairly often? Thank you very much.
