I Am Coiming D0wn With A Cold, Butt I Feel

I am coiming d0wn with a cold, butt I feel a little conserved, as it feeling like I'm choaking and nothing is coming up when I cough, my spit is very thick, upper back hurts a lot, my grand daughter had strep throat last week and was treated with antibotics, my husband has had a sever cough and flue like symtoms all week also, has not gone to doctor I do suffer from auto immune deases and have a lot of things I'm allergic to, it feels kinda like a reaction to something, I have a lot of back pain and suffer from authritis too ,
