I Am Coming Off Tylenol Three Had Knee Replacement In

I am coming off tylenol three had knee replacement in jan. Pharmecist is helping. My question is. I am only taking one a day now, am not craving the drug, but cant sleep. Waking up still with restlessness in body. How long will this go on, and can you suggest anything to help. Thank you
