I Am Concerned. I Had A 54 Day Period And

I am concerned. I had a 54 day period and then I had a 16 day period so for pretty much 4 months I've had a period. I stopped bleeding about 5 days ago. Today i had a random burst of bleeding that lasted 5 minutes, filled an entire pad, and had many clots in it. I had slight cramping throughout the day before hand and became very bloated afterwards.
What is wrong?
