I Am Concerned About Moving Into An Assisted Living Facility

I am concerned about moving into an assisted living facility in close space eating in the same dining hall. I have a compromised immune system along with many other health issues. Would my Hep C be putting anyone in the home at risk ? What should I be careful of and is it even a good idea to move somewhere like that ? I have had different opinions about the safety of others if I were to move in to assisted living. I also want to know just how at risk am I putting my Great-Grandchildren when they grab a bottle of water I had been drinking from and drink from it themselves. Anything else I'm forgetting ?!?!
