I Am Concerned About My 4 Month Old Grandson. His

I am concerned about my 4 month old grandson. His eyes often seem to have a "milky appearance" with drainage that needs to be wiped away several times during the day. He responds to voices sometimes, but just doesn't seem as responsive as his 3 older siblings were at this age. Should we be concerned about his eyesight or anything else? Thank you!
