I Am Concerned Because While Watching A Video A Few

I am concerned because while watching a video a few hours ago, I began to notice a strange moist feeling in my (innie of course) belly button. I know it's gross, but I decided it best to investigate by sticking my index finger gently inside my belly button. I then found that there was a strange watery liquid in my belly button. At first it was sticky, but it soon became slippery and greasy. Upon examination in a mirror, I discovered that the strange liquid was clear but shiny. I did some research, and many claim to have had black, brown, or yellow liquid in their belly button, but as I mentioned before, in my case, it is clear. They also state that the liquid produces a foul odour, which is not the case. I have (one of many) a patch of eczema in my belly button, if that helps. My concern was only heightened by the fact that after this startling discovery, my belly button became a tad sore. The soreness has since gone away but the liquid remains.
