I Am Concerned That I May Have Ingested Some Of

I am concerned that i may have ingested some of the hair color dye through my nasal passage and mouth . There is an unpleasant residual taste in my mouth and throat, that will not go away. what is recommended with regard to seeking medical treatment or testing. Am i at risk for toxic exposure and complications in my
health?
