I Am Considering An Ablation For Very Heavy Bleeding That

I am considering an ablation for very heavy bleeding that I've been dealing with since tying my tubes over 5 years ago. I don't want to be on birth control pills any more. I am confused about what happens to the blood after the ablation. is it bad that the blood is being prohibited from leaving your body? does the fact that I had a tubal ligation 5 years ago negatively affect the ablation for me? any help is greatly appreciated!
