I Am Considering Removing My Osteoma Located On The Right

I am considering removing my osteoma located on the right side on the back of my head. I had severe hair loss due to a medical condition. I had to cut what was left of my hair off. I get a lot of questions and stares about my osteoma and I am tired of it. Would you consider removal an option or am I vain?
