I Am Constantly Bloated Out Like A Balloon, And Look

I am constantly bloated out like a balloon, and look like I'm 7-8 months pregnant, but I'm not overweight (I'm 5'7 weighing 125 lbs.). I drink energy drinks too much and have had a habit of using kratom. I also have peptic ulcer disorder and have been told I might have IBS. Nothing seems to make this bloating subside, though I haven't yet been able to shake the energy drinks. What is causing this?
