I Am Curious, I Have Been Having A Pain In

I am curious, i have been having a pain in my chest on the left side and right below my ribs on the left side for a cpl days the pain feels like a joint needs to be cracked, it got worse today to the point of deep breaths, couching, etc make it feel a lot worse Not sure what to make of it ?
