I Am Currently 12 Weeks Pregnant And Was Given Metronidazole

I am currently 12 weeks pregnant and was given metronidazole to get rid of a urinary track infection. I have been taking the medicine for 3 days and I started to bleed from my urine. not a lot of blood, but enough to have me wondering if I should stop taking it. My doctor can't be reached because its the weekend.
