I Am Currently 26 Weeks Pregnant With My Second Child.

I am currently 26 weeks pregnant with my second child. Prior to finding out I was pregnant I was diagnosed with periodontal disease. Here within the last month I have developed some type of gum boil over one of my front two teeth. I don't have dental insurance to go get this issue checked out. What could this be? Is there anything that I can do at home to try and make it go away?
