I Am Currently 37 Weeks Pregnant And Have Extreme Pain

I am currently 37 weeks pregnant and have extreme pain on the left side of my chest right under my breast. It is so painful to breathe and even certain movements leave me breathless. Not willing to go to the hospital Bc I don't feel it's necessary. But I've iced it, put pressure on it, and gone to the chiropractor and nothing has worked. When I press on the left side of my stomach it also causes the pain. I haven't felt my son kick or move up that high so I'm not exactly sure what it is. It is excruciating though. Help!
