I Am Currently Classified As Morbidly Obese, I Currently Take

I am currently classified as morbidly obese, I currently take Levothyroxine for my thyroid. I am also taking Lipitor for my cholesteral levels, and omeraprazole for GERD, and Fuloxatine(sp) for Anxiety. Is Herbalife a safe supplement for me to take? I am currently taking Meratrim to try to lose weight, but not having a lot of success. I take Aleve 440 mg a day for my osteoarthritis in my knees(need replacements-but need to lose weight first). I know I am a stress eater and food is my comfort food. Just wanting to know if Herbalife is safe for me?
