I Am Currently Dealing With Some Sort Of Bug, My

I am currently dealing with some sort of bug, my symptoms are; coughing, sneezing, fever, sore throat, and congestion. I have been coughing up thick yellowish/greenish mucus and it has started to become sort of chunky instead of the normal gooey texture. What could cause this and should I be concerned?
