I Am Currently Down With Mono, And Have Began Menstruating

I am currently down with Mono, and have began menstruating at the same time. I am concerned, as I can feel that my spleen is enlarged, and it is creating almost a pinching pain, am I at a bit of a more critical situation with the menstruation as well. Thank you.
