I Am Currently Experiencing Burning Sensation In My Left Knee

I am currently experiencing burning sensation in my left knee cap, pain in might left hip when weight is shifted, and my tailbone is really sore after sitting for periods of time. I am also experiencing a slight pain in my left groin area when I sit with legs crossed. Any ideas what these symptoms might mean?
