I Am Currently Finishing 14 Days Of Omnicef For Sinusitis

I am currently finishing 14 days of omnicef for sinusitis and acute bronchitis. I also had oral steroids and IM rocephin and decadron 10 days ago. I did have a sore throat with enlarged circumillate pappilliae(?) At the back of my tongue downward toward my throat with referred pain to my ears. It was painful but went away about 4 days after initial pain. Now it returned two days ago. When I awakened Thursday am it was better but by Thursday pm it was much worse and now it is almost unbearable to swallow. I am somewhat afraid to go to sleep. I have used chloroseptic and oragel with very minimal improvement.
