I Am Currently In A Discoid Lupus Flare,viral Bronchitis,fluid In

I am currently in a discoid lupus flare,viral bronchitis,fluid in middle ear and on a host of meds unfortunately I have a cat with fleas I am bit up ankles,upper legs stomach chest scalp upper n lower back and starts off as a Lil white bump then turns red gets huge looks like hives on upper body ankles are just open scratches I also have very dry skin lotions burn right know what can I do and is it all flea related or meds or lupus ?
