I Am Currently In An Outpatient Program Everything Since Aug

I am currently in an outpatient program everything since Aug has been negative except what I'm prescribed clozepam, adderral and welbutrin all of a sudden just yesterday my counselor told me on Sept 17 I was positive for hydromorphone a level if 450 or close to that and then on the 18 a level of 97 I never u took anything even close to pain killer can I have my blood tested and Will it go back that far. Please let k ow ASAP my twin babies are at stake over this advise MD what to do
