I Am Currently Menopausal And On Premarin Cream. It Has

I am currently menopausal and on premarin cream. It has helped some. I also have a tenderness directly above the pelvic bone for off and on for a few weeks. Not an uti. Concerned because I am Brcca 1 positive, h/o ovararian stage 3a at 22 yes, and have already had aa profilactic double mastectomy. Last issue I have no control with is peritoneal cancers which this should not be it due to area. What is my next thing to do to rule in/rule out?
