I Am Currently On Amoxicillan Taking 2 Pills 2x A

I am currently on Amoxicillan taking 2 pills 2x a day. I also take Sprintec for birth control. I have been having unprotected sex but using a spermicide also. I have 3 days left on my antibiotic and just started spotting. Can this happen when taking both birth control and an antibiotic.
