I Am Currently On Fentynal 50 And 25 Patches, But

I am currently on Fentynal 50 and 25 patches, but without any reduction in pain. I just started this medication. Am I expecting results too soon; the 25 was added two days ago-after the 50 patch didn't produce any results at all.. If the results are the same tomorrow, when the 25 has had the full 3 days, should the MD be thinking of increasing the dose of the patch or use another pain killer altogether?
