I Am Currently On Premarin 0.5 Mg, Delivered Vaginally X2

I am currently on Premarin 0.5 mg, delivered vaginally x2 per week. My provider wellcare will no longer cover this drug and I need to know what an alternative is in this case? I went through menopause 13 years ago, have never had children, am on Medicare, and a fixed income. There is absolutely NO WAY that I can afford 338.00 for a tube of Premarin, but I am a pretty healthy 60 year old with a 53 year old boyfriend, and we're not ready to give up sex. I consider this medically needy, in that I do have extreme dryness, thin vaginal walls and do bleed after intercourse and it's not pleasant. Premarin was carried by wellcare last year, but they quit carrying it this year. Thank God my bf is in Rock Island playing a rock-a-billy show and I'm in Tampa, but the time is coming when he is due home.... ya get my drift?
