I Am Currently On Wellbutrin XR 300 Mg. I Was

I am currently on Wellbutrin XR 300 mg. I was recently put on Concerta 18mg. I was told to slowly taper from the Wellbutrin XR and titrate down to 150 mg for several days. My question is, is it harmful to take both at the same time? To treat my ADHD as well as anxiety and depression?
