I Am Currently On Antibiotics To Treat A UTI However

I am currently on antibiotics to treat a UTI however I am 4 days in and my symptoms are still around and I am now suffering from bleeding and pain in my vagina and have horrible pains up the left side of my stomach. Are the symptoms from my UTI? Or could I have something more wrong with me?
