I Am Currently On Clarithromycin And Need To Take It

I am currently on clarithromycin and need to take it for one more day, its supposed to be treating my swollen tonsils and epiglottis but its not working. After about 3 days of taking the antiobiotics i noticed my discharge was thick and cloudy and its itching, and theres brown like dirt stuff on my labia that wont go away, what could this be?
