I Am Currently On Effector For Depression And Lamictal For

I am currently on effector for depression and Lamictal for my bi polar. The medicine I'm on helps control my out burst. Before I would get so angry I couldn't stop feeling like I was going to explode unless I went somewhere and destroyed a punching bag or something similar. Where I'm at right now is destroying me and hurting my heart more than words can say. Sometimes I don't want to be around anybody, I'm angry, and I feel that I'm no where in life. Even though I have everything and life is good. I have thousands of thoughts and emotions running through me at once.
