I Am Currently On Lexipro And Buspirone. I Have Severe

I am currently on lexipro and buspirone. I have severe stomach turned upside down intenstinal area also, after I have a bm. bm s are irregular, sometimes piles, sometimes regular sizes. No matter the shape or form I experience severe abdominal pain, upset sick shaky feeling; end up taking an Ativan to calm me down. Sometimes it works sometimes it does not. Doc has ruled our IBS just claims I have an anxiety problem. Is there any workup that could b e done to determine what is really going on. This has been a problem for several years.
