I Am Currently On Quetiapine Fumarate 200 Mg 1 Tab

I am currently on quetiapine fumarate 200 mg 1 tab at night and also divalproex spd er 500 mg 2 at night...I have been on these for about 10 months for bipolar disorder....I have gained 40 pounds during this time....I have read significant weight gain is side effect....what could be exchanged in comparable to these with no side effect of weight gain?
