I Am Currently On Synthroid And Would Like To Get

I am currently on synthroid and would like to get off of it and try a natural product but my doctor does not believe in bio-identical hormone. I feel tired and sluggish and don't truly know if the synthroid is working or not. Every time I ask my Doctor she says my results are fine. Can I stop taking the synthroid?
