I Am Currently Pregnant With My Sixth Child. I Have

I am currently pregnant with my sixth child. I have had no prenatal care. I found out this past October I was expecting and could not get Medicaid coverage until January. I was given the due date of February 20. For the past week I have been getting contractions on and off and having discharge. Today they have been very servere with a lot of pressure. This morning they were 10 minutes apart..but all afternoon they have been once an hour. Should I go to an emergency room now or wait till they are closer?
