I am currently prescribed 70 mg of vyvanse once a day for adhd, after about 5-6 days of taking it as directed, in the morning with food, I have started to feel a sharp pain in the left side of my chest, just left of my sternum. It has not gone away at all for 3 days now, and feels Almost like it is in the bone at surface level rather than the lung or deep inside. I drink very rarely, about one to three beers a week Max, and will smoke a cigar about once to twice a week.
