I Am Currently Six Days Late On My Period. My

I am currently six days late on my period. My cycle is like clockwork, and I keep detailed records of it. I have taken six hpts and they have all been negative. However I am very sick, with horrible headaches dizziness and moderate nausea. Today i also began having a sharp stabbing pain in my lower right abdomen. I am confused and worried. Any help would be appreciated.
