I Am Currently Suffering From Bulimia But I Have Currently

I am currently suffering from bulimia but I have currently sought help and am in the process of recovery... I just a few days ago started have a severe sharp pain in the upper left side of my ribs...deep breathing, sleeping, coughing, sneezing are very intense pain... even just moving and contracting any muscles also hurts very much. Im concerned maybe I have cracked a rib or something but I dont know if it could be more severe. help.
