I Am Currently Taking 30 Mg Adderrall BID. I've Tried

I am currently taking 30 mg Adderrall BID. I've tried the extended release but it does not seem to keep me as focused as the immediate release. What is the maximum daily dosage and do you think I would benefit from a 3 times a day dosage? I had a total hysterectomy 3 years ago and it totally three off my focus and motivation...
