I Am Currently Taking 4mg Of Dexamethasone Daily For O

I am currently taking 4mg of dexamethasone daily for o this week then 2mg next then I restart prednisolone as anti rejection medication. I originally started on 12mg dexamethasone three weeks ago for course of radiotherapy. My question is will lower leg and feet swelling disappear when off this drug and also will red blotch trash on one arm disappear also. Vision a bit blurry too!
