I Am Currently Taking, 70mg Of Alendronic Acid, Once A

I am currently taking, 70mg of Alendronic Acid, once a week. 2 Adcal-D3 twice a day. and 7mg Prednisolone.i I have Polimialger and started off with 15mg but I was having strange turns and max I can take is 7mg. This is not sufficient to stop the pain .Parracetamol doesn't help at all. I am trying Ibuprofin a little better. What is the maximum I can take. Thank you.
