I Am Currently Taking Ciprofloxacin Hcl 500 Mg For UTI.

I am currently taking Ciprofloxacin Hcl 500 mg for UTI. It is causing some mild stomach pain. Decided maybe I could start taking Omeprazole Magnesium (Prilosec) to help the stomach issue so I can continue duration of Ciprofloxacin treatment. Then saw a caution on label of the Ciprofloxacin , "take at least 2 hrs before or 6 hrs after Magnesium or aluminum containing antacids...". I guess I'm answering my own question. It's pretty obvious. Do you have any additional thoughts?
