I Am Currently Taking Coversyl 5 Once A Day, But

I am currently taking Coversyl 5 once a day, but now i am having high blood pressure 160/100, but do not show any symptom, and I feel like normal. So my friend suggest me to take Concor Am 5mg. could you please advice.
I did blood test for diabetes, lipid profile but everything normal.
