I Am Currently Taking Junel Fe (a Birth Control Medicine)

I am currently taking Junel fe (a birth control medicine) although I often take it a few hours off schedule. I am having several pregnancy symptoms (nausaea after eating, lower cramping, tiredness etc) and only had a period for maybe a day at most. 2 equate pregnancy tests came back positive for pregnant and one first response was negative. Could I be pregnant?
