I Am Currently Taking Nitrofurantoin For A UTI. I Believe

I am currently taking Nitrofurantoin for a UTI. I believe I got the UTI as a result of taking Doxycyclene as anti-malaria for three weeks in Africa, then a month after. I also think I have a buildup of Candida Albicans fungus as a result of the Doxy..... I have taken the Nitrofurantoin for three days and today I see white stuff on inner cheeks that looks like thrush, and my parotid area is suddenly tender and slightly painful. I'll try to see my Dr. later today..... Thoughts?
