I Am Currently Taking Odefsey For HIV Treatment And Also

I am currently taking Odefsey for HIV treatment and also Omeprazole for acid reduction. Omeprazole says it interferes with the absorption with Odefsey ,but when i asked my physician she said it is fine for taking first thing in the morning and waiting til evening to take Odefsey. Is this correct? I just started taking Odefsey the first of last month.
