I Am Currently Taking A Tablet Name Primolut 5mg And

I am currently taking a tablet name primolut 5mg and i forget to take 1 at a specific time and wen the next time i had to drink it i end up taking two to make up for the 1 i missed and the 1 i suppose to drink.can u tell me what can happen ? Cause i notice a few hours after i am getting bad pains and bleeding heavily.
