I Am Currently Taking Bupropion Hcl Oral As Of 2

I am currently taking bupropion hcl oral as of 2 weeks ago. On occasion I have to take primidone for vocal tremors I have because it helps to control the tremors when I sing (professionally, part-time). I have a singing event coming up in 2 weeks and will need to take the Primidone for about 3 days but I see it has significant interactions with the bupropion. Can I stop taking the bupropion for a few days so I can take the primidone? If so, how many days should I stop before I take the primidone?
